After a lovely affair it is no problem giving a helping hand.

Thanks to all who set-up, brought tasty finger foods, and took-down.

We missed so many members who for various reasons were not able to attend this great event.
Hope to see some of you at the Nov. meeting.

September 2014 Membership Meeting

Nancy Larsson and Sarah Beetem, co-presidents of PAA
A PAA meeting is called, and on the tables are items to make  decorations for the American Girl
Fashion Show and Tea.
This is a workshop meeting.

This year's theme: "Ballerina" which should appeal to all:
small and big girls, their moms, grandmothers, and even some of their male relatives. Yes, dads and granddads do attend, especially those whose girls are in the show!

A well attended meeting: all are ready to give a hand for our biggest fundraiser of the year.

Cutting 'Tulle'....
Shaping 'Oasis'.....
It's starting to make sense: Take the Oasis, stuff it into a Mason Jar, cover it with Tulle!!!

"Happy September Birthday" to Sally Bush

The jars also need ribbons.....
those need to be measured
and cut.

Leave it to Sarah, a former teacher, to come up with an easy way of doing that!

Hard at work!!
While others are toiling with decorations, the Nominating Committee is debating in another room.

Were you there to help on this lovely Tuesday afternoon at Lucie Stern Community Center? No?
Well, there is time to sign up for our "Big November Event" at the Membership Tea in October.
